We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging, with tags attached (if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Perishable goods, personal care items, or other items marked as non-returnable on the product page
Return Shipping Costs
Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for the return:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover the cost of return shipping. Contact us and we'll send you a prepaid shipping label.
- Change of mind (wrong size, no longer wanted, etc.): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. This amount will be deducted from your refund if we provide the label, or you may ship the item back using a carrier of your choice.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at Pinionproducts@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll review your request and send you return instructions (and a prepaid label, if applicable).
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at Pinionproducts@gmail.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within [7] days of delivery at Pinionproducts@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
